Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. To avoid any charge, please give a full 24 hours' notice by calling us or by cancelling through our website or app.

• 24 hours' notice or more: no charge.
• Same-day cancellation with 3 or more hours' notice: a charge of 50% of the service price.
• Same-day cancellation with less than 3 hours' notice, and no-call, no-shows: a charge of 100% of the service price.

Your therapist reserves this time specifically for you. Applicable fees may be charged to your card on file or applied against your membership credit.

If you arrive late, we may shorten your treatment so that the guests who follow you are not delayed. The full service price still applies.

A 20% gratuity is automatically added to all bookings for parties of 3 or more guests.

Group bookings and private events, including the Private Reserve, are held specifically for your group and are difficult to rebook on short notice. Cancellations and reschedules follow the schedule below, counted in calendar days before your event:

• 5 or more days' notice: full refund, including the Private Reserve fee.
• Less than 5 days' notice: the Private Reserve fee is forfeited, plus a charge of 50% of the total booked service value for the group.
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: the Private Reserve fee is forfeited, plus a charge of 100% of the total booked service value for the group.

You may cancel your Origins Wellness Membership at any time by giving at least 3 business days' notice before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and monthly fees already charged are non-refundable. Any wellness credits you have accrued remain available for one year from your date of cancellation, after which any unused credits will expire.

You may pause your membership once every rolling 12 months for up to 3 months, for travel, medical, or other personal reasons. A new pause may not begin within 12 months of the start of the previous pause. Please submit your request at least 3 business days before your next billing date. Billing and credit accrual pause during the freeze and resume automatically on the resume date, and any previously banked credit is retained and may still be redeemed.

Services rendered and monthly membership fees already charged are non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
